The project has already been approved by the Interinstitutional Commission on Tourist Marinas and Docks and is waiting approval by the Carrillo Town Council to receive the necessary concession. The current plans for the marina would include 299 spaces for boats and would be located in the Punta Centinela in Playa del Coco. A dock and administration installations would also be constructed.
