Fitch Downgrades Mexico to 'BBB'Tuesday, November 24, 2009 Fitch downgraded Mexico's Issuer Default Rating (IDR) from 'BBB+' to 'BBB' in foreign currency and from 'A-' to 'BBB+' in domestic currency.
