In addition to the cooperation agreement signed between the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) and the Costa Rica Wellness Association, on May 16 the institution awarded a contract to the Costa Rican Technical Standards Institute (INTECO) to develop a national standard that establishes the service requirements that Wellness Spas must meet in order to be accredited. The Administrative Unit of Reverted Property (Uabr) reported that the study of the master plan updated by the firm Tourism, Business & Planning (C4T), recommends the installation of six platforms that will house recreational areas, which would be built on piles overlooking the entrance to the Panama Canal. " El Salvador: $165 million for Residential ProjectWednesday, May 2, 2018 It has been announced that during the third quarter of 2018 work will start on construction of a residential compound consisting of 5,500 homes, and its first stage will begin in the municipality of Usulután. The Nica Act, promoted by two US congressmen to limit investment and international financing in Nicaragua, was again seen by the lower house, which unanimously approved it. PPC´s Case Against Puerto Corozal RejectedMonday, November 21, 2016 The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal over constitutional guarantees filed by Panama Ports Company against the tender process for the port. The port company had argued on several occasions that there was no need to build the port in Corozal, for market reasons, an opinion which it began stating when the Panama Canal Authority announced the project.
