On February 28, a free seminar on the safety regulations that Canadian authorities require to market food will be held in Guatemala City.

The Business Intelligence Unit at the Market Development and Commercial Promotion Department of AGEXPORT and the Embassy of Canada in Guatemala are calling on exporters who have experience in exporting food to the Canadian market.
A call is being made to professionals in the area of auditing and risk management to attend the first Latin American Seminar on Governance, Risk and Control on April 14 and 15 in Panama.

The workshop will be give on the 4th and 5th of July and then the 11th and 12th of the same month, from 9am to 5pm in Bambutico, Perez Zeledon, offering theoretical and practical knowledge on forestry and preservation, drying techniques to work it and practical application manufacture of objects.
On April 24 in Guatemala City an event will be held on the implications of environmental legislation in manufacturing.
