From March 28th to 30th potential international investors will learn about public and private projects in infrastructure, tourism, energy and industrial development.

The country will open the first International Investment Forum El Salvador 2017 and present the Country Brand for El Salvador on March 28, reported officials this morning from the Agency for Promoting Export and Investment in El Salvador (PROESA), during a press conference.
The Chamber of Industry and the government have organized for November 9 and 10 an international investment forum which will include a business matchmaking service between companies and also conferences.

It is the most significant international investment event in the Central American region, whose first successful edition took place in 2013.It is being organized by the Chamber of Industry of Guatemala in conjunction with the Government of the Republic, through the Ministry of Economy.
Employers in the region are complaining about a lack of long-term development policies, and are asking for Government transparency, effectiveness and legal certainty, so that they can continue investing in the region.
During a meeting between businessmen and government called 'Expanding opportunities: promoting the private sector and job creation', entrepreneurs from different sectors shared their concerns and views on the investment climate in the region.
In the absence of concrete actions by the state, companies in the province of Limón have announced that they will promote economic development in the area using foreign investment.
In order to generate more projects to develop economic activity in the province of Limón, employers in the area are calling for foreign investors who have an affinity with the region.
The Guatemala Investment Summit 2013 will present opportunities for Food & Beverages, Construction, Energy, Extractive Industries, Light Manufacturing, Chemicals and Plastics, TICS / Contact Centers, Tourism, Forestry, and Garment and Textiles companies.
On 30th and 31st May in Guatemala more than 150 investors and business leaders from Central America will gather together, forming opportunities for strategic alliances, investment projects and making contacts with senior government officials.
Organized by ProNicaragua and the Superior Council of Private Enterprise (COSEP) the event "Nicaragua Growing Together" aims to attract investments in all sectors of the Nicaraguan economy.

Eduardo Fonseca, director of Caconic, explained the event will showcase new technologies and services.
The first International Investment Forum in Panama will be hosted on March 24, under the slogan “Panama: It’s Happening Now!”.
Various topics related to investment opportunities will be discussed in it, including agriculture, investment grade, tourism perspectives, logistics, technology, and Panama as a regional centre.
José Domingo Arias, Trade vice ministry told Pa-digital.com.pa: “…the idea is to share recent success and investment stories between tourist, logistics, financial and agricultural businessmen”.
400 businessmen are expected to participate in the August 19 activity, organized by the Panamanian Stock Exchange.
