A Venezuelan manufacturer of security solutions such as locks, padlocks, door handles, keys, door closers and other products is looking for hardware distributors and wholesalers interested in representing their brands to market them in Guatemala.
Representatives from the company Inversora Lockey, manufacturer of security solutions for the CISA, Visalock and VULKAN brands, will be visiting Guatemala from June 18 to 22 to meet with hardware companies, distributors, wholesalers of construction materials and / or freelance sales representatives, interested in representing and distributing their products.
Seven companies will be in the city on August 7th and 8th searching for distributors for products such as honey, cereals, snacks and sweets.
The purpose of the visit is for the Costa Rican companies to do business with Honduran companies to distribute their products in the northern area of the country.
Vanessa Rodriguez of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Cortés (CCIC), noted that "Costa Rican businessmen are looking for exclusive distributors, they are not aiming for several buyers or for there to be local competition. In the agendas they choose those who they see more potential in to distribute their products. '"

These regulations would only affect basic postal service and not courier services.

"In contrast, the price for mailing anything weighing less than 500 grams will be regulated by a public entity, which could be Aresep (Public Services Regulation Authority)".
