Urbanica announced that from November will begin construction of the second apartment tower of the residential project "Puerta del Alma", located in Antiguo Cuscatlan, El Salvador.
In the first quarter of 2020, the Urbánica construction company plans to begin construction of a corporate center composed of four towers, in the district of El Espino, San Salvador.
Representatives of the company informed that the new corporate center will be called "Capital Business Campus", and that soon will begin with the commercialization of the spaces.
Urbánica is building in the El Espino district, in Apopa, a three-level commercial complex that will have 55 commercial premises and parking for 360 vehicles.
Representatives of the developer of the project whose investment will reach $12 million, informed that they are in the construction phase and that they expect that the new shopping center will be ready for Easter next year.
