Coffee consumption has grown in South Korea over the years and this is reflected in the increased number of specialty shops in the country, where more than 15,000 of them can be found, including Hollys Coffee, Starbucks, Tom & Toms Coffee and Cafe Bene, among others and the increase has mainly been recorded in those that offer specialty coffee.
