In Guatemala, the company Mayoreo de Computación S.A. was once again selected by the authorities and will be in charge of providing the service of issuing driver's licenses for an 84-month term.
According to the awarding minutes, which were published in the Guatecompras.gob.gt portal on February 18, for the public tender in question the German company Mühlbauer Id Services GMBH submitted a proposal amounting to $97.7 million and that of Mayoreo de Computación S.A. Because of the health alert for the coronavirus outbreak, it was decided to extend the licenses of artisanal and industrial fishermen for 60 days, and the health records that importing companies renew will be extended for three months.
