Preliminary results from the Housing Expo 2017 in Panama show banking transactions worth $95 million.
The goal of the Panamanian Chamber of Construction is to achieve $160 million in transactions and about 40,000 visits.This figure could be reached once the data for Sunday 23 April has been included.
Forecasts are that $160 million will be generated in mortgage transactions in the housing projects exhibition to be held from April 20 to 23 in Panama City.

Under the slogan "The easiest way to purchase your home", Housing Expo 2017 will be held, the most important real estate fair of the season, organized by the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC).
The event to be held from February 17 to 19, will showcase 50 housing projects with prices of between $20,000 and $100,000, and it is expected that at least 500 homes will be sold.
The Housing Construction Chamber of Nicaragua (Cadur) is the organizer of the event, which will take place at the Crowne Plaza Convention Center in Managua.
A fair is being organized for November 16 and 17 to negotiate and sell offices, shops, warehouses, logistics and industrial parks, and shopping areas.
The event will be held under the First National Congress of Realtors, organized by the Panamanian Association of Brokers and Real Estate companies (Acobir), and will be held at Hotel Sortis.
From January 28th to February 1st, 2015 the Real Estate Expo will be held in the Atlapa convention center, and it is estimated 150 real estate developers will be taking part.
The Panamanian Association of Brokers and Real Estate Agents (Acobir) announced the start date of the event, which they hope will include the presence of real estate developers and promoters who will exhibit around 400 property investment projects.
From 11 to 15 September 2014 over 400 residential and commercial projects being developed in Panama will be presented at the Convention Center Atlapa.

The fair organized by the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Promoters will be held from February 2nd to February 6th.
Organizers representatives said they are expecting participation of eleven banks, developers and investors. Attendance of some 30 thousand people is also expected.

Acobir Real Estate Expo 2011 will take place from February 2nd to 6th at the Atlapa Convention Center of Panama.
Osvaldo Marchena, president of the Panamanian Association of Brokers and Real Estate Developers (ACOBIR), expects to exceed $ 60 million in sales.
The executive stated to Pa-digital.com.pa, "...the activity provides an inventory of properties in pre-sale stage, seconds, lots for housing developments, recreational projects, commercial projects and advisory services for investors."
The ACOBIR Real Estate Expo 2009, from July 22 - 26, hopes to attract around 1 thousand foreign and 15 thousand local visitors.
The event, organized by the Panamanian Association of Brokers (ACOBIR), will be attended by over 140 exhibitors, forums and national and international speakers.
