After the global financial and property crisis hit the United States and consequently Central America, the first signs of recovery are beginning to be seen in a sector whose conditions are still complex.
An example of this is the urban project ‘Verandas’, which is being built by Desarrollos Verandas, a group of Salvadoran origin that is gambling on the recovery of the housing market in the country.
