Starting in September, Costa Rica will be the Central American headquarters for the regional training center for English teachers.
The U.S. ambassador in Costa Rica, Peter Cianchette, reported that the center, "The School for International Training," will be located in the area of San Carlos, 150 kilometers from the capital.
As reported by Mipunto.com, the center "will provide training in the teaching of the English language for teachers at the regional level, offering them new methodologies to improve their abilities...”
