From March 1 to 5, 2021, the Colon Free Zone will hold its first multisector virtual trade fair, in which 200 exhibitors will participate and participants will be able to access product catalogs and receive direct attention from suppliers.
The trade fair will feature a wide variety of mass consumption products, regional distribution logistics services and value-added products, informed the Colon Free Zone (CFZ).
Searching for home furnishings, accessories, clothing and gifts, more than 150 local and international buyers will participate in the New World Crafts Fair, to be held in Antigua on September 24 and 25.

AGEXPORT's Handmade Commission prepares for the 12th. Edition of the New World Crafts Fair (NWC), the most important marketing platform for handmade products from Guatemala in the region and one of the main in Latin America, which will take place on September 24 and 25, 2019 at the Hotel Casa Santo Domingo, Antigua Guatemala.
From July 25th to 28th, Expomueble y Promueble will be held at ExpoCenter del Grand Tikal Futura, an event that will bring together the main producers and distributors of inputs, tools, machinery and services for the entire production chain.
The Organizing Committee and the Commission of Manufacturers of Furniture, Wood and its Products (COFAMA) of AGEXPORT estimates the participation in the exhibition floor of 15,000 visitors among carpenters, furniture manufacturers, developers of construction projects, architects, interior designers, students and public.
From May 9 to 10 in Costa Rica Expotur 2019 will be held at the National Convention Center, which will bring together 230 international buyers from the tourism sector from 35 countries.

As part of the Buyers Trade Mission, from 25 to 27 September, 500 Costa Rican exporters will be meeting with 300 entrepreneurs from 50 countries.
The Foreign Trade Promotion Office (Procomer), the institution in charge of organizing the event, reported that this year it foresees holding 5,300 business appointments at the event, which will take place at the Costa Rica Convention Center, in Barreal de Heredia.
From September 20 to 22, entrepreneurs from the hardware sector from 11 countries will be meeting in Panama City to hold business conferences with the aim of forging alliances.
According to the organizers of "Expo F 2018", the event will involve traders from Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and the Dominican Republic, who will try to create commercial alliances.
As part of the ExpoMueble 2018 event, Central American furniture manufacturers and distributors are being called upon to take part in the business conferences scheduled to take place from July 26 to 29, in Guatemala City.
The Guatemalan Exporters Agency reported that in the 2018 edition, more than 100 exhibitors from furniture chains and Guatemalan boutiques will take part, having the opportunity to promote their products to the more than 15,000 people who will be visiting the exhibition floor.
At the agro-food fair to be held in San Pedro Sula, more than 3,000 people are expected to take part and it is thought that $50 million will be raised in 2,000 business appointments.
The Agromercados fair, which will take place on May 17 and 18 in San Pedro Sula, will include the participation of 300 exhibiting companies and another 500 visitors to the event.
The organizers estimate that commercial transactions made between participants will amount to around $130 million, and the economic benefit for Panama could be $45 million.

We will have to wait for the numbersat the end of the event, but we hope that the economic spillover for the country will be at least equal to last year's, that is to say, worth about $45 million.Business transactions between participants should be in the order of $130 million," Inocencio Galindo, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Panama (CCIAP), told La Estrella de Panamá."
In Costa Rica, the Chamber of Foreign Trade is coordinating the formation of a group of companies interested in taking part in Expocomer, to be held in Panama from February 28 to March 3.
According to details give by representatives from the Chamber of Foreign Trade (Crecex) to Crhoy.com, "... companies that show interest in taking part will be granted asubsidy,which includes discounts on air tickets, lodging, ground transportation, tickets to the fair and organizing a business agenda with exhibitors."
From April 24th to 26th 150 exporters of services will be gathering together in Costa Rica with international buyers from sectors such as audiovisual, global health, information and communication technologies, education, biotechnology and green technologies.
The event is being organized by Cinde and will take place at the Real Intercontinental Hotel, where business conferences will also be held in which interested companies can participate.
The meeting of industrial companies will be held in San Salvador from October 12th to 14th at the International Center for Fairs and Conventions.
The XIII Industrial Fair will be held this year under the theme of "Industry and Development", and presentations on future industrial trends and talent and innovation in the industry 4.0.
Trade missions in America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean will be meeting in Panama, in the traditional annual event where companies will have an opportunity to generate new business.
Expocomer 2017 will include the participation of entrepreneurs from Argentina, Brazil, Canada, the Caribbean and Africa, Colombia, Costa Rica, Korea, Cuba, Chile, China, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, the United States, Guatemala, India, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Taiwan, Turkey and Venezuela; and for the first time, Canada and Nigeria.
Suppliers and distributors in the sectors representing food, gastronomy and hospitality in El Salvador and Central America will be taking part in business meetings from June 27 to 29 in San Salvador.
