The company announced construction projects in Costa Rica, Panama and El Salvador.
In Zona Rosa, San Benito, at the Salvadoran capital, plans are to build a complex which includes a 16 floor Holiday Inn Hotel and a 4 thousand square meter commercial and office area, announced Roberto Murray Meza, President of Agrisal.
"In Panama, plans are to build a Holiday Inn in early 2011 so to be ready by mid-2012.
With $ 45 million investment, Calidad Inmobiliaria inaugurates their first estate project in El Salvador.
The corporate office building includes nine levels of offices, a trading floor and six levels of parking for 700 cars.
A total of 44,000 square meters of which 21,000 are built as parking area.

The real estate conglomerate opened a 25-storey, 110-meter tower called “El Pedregal”.
It is located next to Multiplaza mall, and features 87 apartments, two penthouses and two parking levels.
“The building is part of the Multiplaza complex, which includes a business zone, a corporate center with three business buildings, two apartment towers and a hotel”, reported Elsalvador.com.
El Salvador's tallest building, 'Torre Futura' will open its doors on December 1st, 2009.
The building is owned by Grupo Agrisal, who has already sold 100% of its retail space, and 76% of its office space, reported Claudia Campos, commercialization manager of the project.

The 20-floor office building, which required an investment of $45 million, will open its doors in November 2009.
The developer of the third tower of the World Trade Center, Group Agrisal, has planned to inaugurate the building in November with 100% occupancy. The spaces that have already been sold will be occupied by some 40 businesses.
The journalist Lourdes Quintanilla writes for Elsalvador.com: "AGRISAL invested $45 million in the entire tower. Five hundred direct jobs have been generated on the architectural and construction side of the project in addition to the network of subcontractors that provide services and material."
Europlaza World Business-Hotel is part of the projects being carried out by the Guatemalan Real Estate Company, El Bosque.
Located on the Panamerican highway in Old Cuscatlán, the project will have four towers and a hotel.
Guadalupe Hernández wrote in Elsalvador.com: "According to the mayor of Old Cuscatlán, the developer has complied with the required permits for the construction of such projects, reason for which it proceeded with the earthworks in an area of over 56 thousand square meters."
Agrisal Group announced the inauguration of Torre Futura office complex, which is part of the corporate World Trade Center.
With an investment of more than $45 million, the corporate tower in San Salvador will have 19 floors and an area of 14,125 square meters for offices. This is the third tower in the World Trade Center complex.
