EGS Guatemala has announced the expansion of operations in customer services, billing and back offices for telecommunications and energy.

The Public Utilities Authority has granted the company FAKEMY a concession to provide call center services for commercial use.

During the inauguration Mario Lopez, Vice-President, announced the company expects to create 3,000 new jobs in Central America in 2011.
