"With the collaboration of more than 500 companies from over 30 countries from North, South and Central America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia, the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama (CCIAP) today opened Expocomer 2014, the thirty-second version of the most important trade show in Panama and the region.
The ambassador of the Arab country announced that a delegation of businessmen will be visiting Nicaragua in the next few weeks and will meet with local businesses.
The Ambassador from the State of Kuwait based in Mexico, Sammeh Johar Hayat visited Nicaragua and announced the arrival of a trade mission of businessmen from his country in the coming weeks.
A group of 45 Colombian companies will visit Costa Rica and Guatemala to hold business meetings with entrepreneurs in these sectors.
Business meetings will be held on March 24th when the trade mission will be in San Jose, Costa Rica, and on March 25th it will move on to Guatemala City.

Agricultural entrepreneurs managed to make 53 new contacts after holding 87 business appointments.

A delegation of 10 Guatemalan companies took part, in February 2014, in the horticultural trade fair 'Fruit Logistica' in Berlin, Germany, where they showed products such as French beans, snow peas, sweet pea, blackberry, rambutan, lemon, zucchini, broccoli, mini vegetables, among others, projecting business deals worth $7 million.
From 25th to 28th of March companies from the retail sector will visit both countries to explore business opportunities.
On the 25th and 26th of March meetings and seminars between Panamanian and British businesspeople will be held in Panama City.

Companies from the agriculture and manufacturing sectors in Iowa, USA, will visit Panama City between 1st and 8th of February.
Between 1st and 8th of February, 21 professionals in farming and manufacturing in Iowa, the United States, will visit Panama and Colombia in search of business opportunities.
