The flight is intended to attend the seasonal demand for this destination during the summer, and will be launched again for the high season at the end of the year.

Starting in August, the airliner will operate two weekly flights from Guatemala to New York.
The new flight comes as a result of the increase in the number of travelers in the Guatemala - New York route in the high season, executives of the company reported in an article in Prensalibre.com.
"The new flight departs from La Aurora International Airport on Saturdays at 15:00, and arrives at Newark, New Jersey, at 21:00. It is a nonstop flight."
