Company "Desarrollos Integrales para el Progreso" is building project "Hacienda del Comendador", with a total investment of $7 million.
Alfredo Vila, director of the company, explained that 90 lots will be available for sale in the first phase, with prices varying from $19.000 to $24.000.
The project is located on Kilometer 55 of the highway to San Miguel Dueñas, Sacatepéquez, "a strategic point, as there is an important flow of people in Antigua Guatemala and the Southern Coast", commented an expert to Sigloxxi.com.

The project includes an 11-story office tower, 11 distribution warehouses and a large storage area with a loading bay.
El Salvador - based Grupo Roble – Central America's leading real-estate developer – is looking to neighboring markets to boost sales of its Costa Real Resort & Villas project in El Salvador.
So far sales are going well, said Alberto Poma, Roble's general manager. Seventy of the 112 apartments in the first stage of the project have been sold, most of them to Salvadorans. Now Roble will be seeking to attract buyers from Guatemala and Honduras.
