The Mayor of Panama has announced two new concession projects for underground parking spaces in Panama City.

In the first six months building permits issued amounted to projects worth $832.8 million, 35.8% more than in the same period of 2011.

In the first seven months of the year the value of approved construction projects amounted to $918 million, 45.3% more than in the same period last year.
