Institutions such as the UNOPS, which supposedly come here to do what the locals can not, should be paid per piece of work for they finish, and not allowed to justify their failures with the same old excuses.

An entrepreneur earns when his business is successful.If it fails to capture a minimum market share and then maintain it, the investment made is lost, and the monthly income established by the performance of its business activities is also lost.Employers charge for their work and earn profits only while the company is successful.The same is true of private-company employees: their wages are tied to company earnings and profits.
A $53 million road renovation project in Costa Rica, a commercial building and three roadworks in Panama are some of the public infrastructure projects planned for the coming months in the region.
The information system"Construction Projects in Central America",complied by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, provides an up to date list of the public and private construction projects for which environmental impact assessment (EIA) studies were submitted to the respective institutions of each country in January 2017.
The regulations in force for Central America allow two methods of certifying the weight of cargo moving through ports in the region.
The new regulations in force since July 1 oblige entities transporting containerized cargo by sea tocertify its weight under the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (Solas).
