The Guatemalan Social Security Institute prepares for October a plan to buy medicines for $77 million to supply hospitals.
Amid the controversy over the shortage of medicines in hospitals in the country, the president of the Guatemalan Social Security Institute (IGSS), Carlos Contreras, said that they are preparing a plan to acquire medicines, after analysing the situation at each center.
