Starting December 3rd United Airlines will have direct flights between Tocumen Airport and Denver airport in the USA.

Avianca has added two new daily flights between San Jose and Guatemala City.

The Venezuelan state airline Conviasa is to start flying directly, starting in December, from Maiquetia airport to Tocumen and Augusto Sandino.
"On December 5 we will be flying from Maiquetia (the airport which serves Caracas) to Panama and on December 7 wewill be flying from Panama to Nicaragua," said Hebert Garcia, Minister of Water and Air Transport in Venezuela.
Avianca has inaugurated a direct route between La Aurora and El Dorado with flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Flights will depart from Bogota to Guatemala from 13:56 to 16:13 and from Guatemala to Bogota from 16:53 to 21:03.
"With this flight we are strengthening the links between Guatemala and Colombia so as to strengthen the business relationship and encourage tourism between the two countries which share a great cultural tradition," said Avianca director for the region, Danilo Correa.
The Honduran airline will inaugurate its first international route on November 11, with five weekly flights to and from Guatemala.

Ticas International Airlines has filed an application with the Civil Aviation authority for approval to operate charter flights to Cancun and San Andrés.

The agreement will allow Air France to start three weekly direct flights between the capitals of the two countries in November.
