Three Offers in $11 million Building Tender

Between $10.6 million and $12.9 million is the range of proposals presented in the tender to restore the National Theater of Panama.

Construcciones Civiles Generales S.A. presented an economic offer of $12,978,969, Constructora Pirenáica S.A. put forward a proposal of $10,620,000, and Administradora de Proyectos de Construcción S.A. offered $11,700,450.

Panama: Baseball Stadium for $16 million

A contract has been awarded to the company Administradora de Proyectos de Construcción S.A. for the design, construction and equipping of a baseball stadium in the province of Chiriqui.

Four companies submitted bids for the project, with amounts ranging between $15.1 million and $16.7 million. The winning company submitted a bid for $16,249,020.

The other participants in the tender were: Ingepa Panama SA, with a proposal valued at $15,145,077, Constructora Rigaservices SA, who bid $16,520,690, and Comercializadora Sophy SA, with a proposal of $16,659,585.
