Multimodal transport and logistics are among the topics that will be addressed in the international trade fair taking place on October 22nd - 24th in Panama City.

For eight years, the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama (CCIAP) and the National Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation (SENACYT), have joined forces to hold the Panama LOGISTICS EXPO, which this year will take place from the 22nd to the 24th of October at the ATLAPA Convention Center.
From 10 to 12 October, more than 40 international delegations will participate in an event which draws in some 300 journalists.
European and Latin American designers have already confirmed their participation in the event, which will be held in the Atlapa Convention Center.
This year Panama Fashion Week 2013, "joins with e-commerce by innovatively incorporating internet shopping for over 11 countries and promoting designers' creations through one of the most important fashion portals worldwide" , reported Capital.com.pa.
From 13th to 17th of May more than 15 international speakers will give lectures in Panama on the main tourist security challenges faced by the continent.
The Second Conference on Tourism Security in the Americas is forecast to be one of the most important hemispheric meetings of the year at which the topic of tourism will be addressed.
The event will bring together more than 500 experts and entrepreneurs in the region to discuss public policy and work on programs to protect visitors, destinations and tourism businesses.
The event for tire dealers will be held from 24 to 27 July at the Atlapa Convention Center in Panama.
This year, more than 200 international exhibitors, including tire manufacturers and major suppliers of reconditioned and recycled tires, rims, machinery and related equipment, will participate in the event.
"Latin American & CaribbeanTyre Expo", will bring together tire distributors in Central America, South America and the Caribbean, allowing them to expand their market.
With almost a month to go before the start of Expocomer, 100% of the 14,000 square meters of the Atlapa Convention Center has already been sold.
So announced Raul Delvalle, president of the organizing committee, who said that in this version participants are expected from over 30 countries in America, Europe and Asia.
"Business appointments are being made for international exhibitors with whom we hope to exceed expectations in previous years.
During the fair is estimated that deals will be made for over $250 million, and that there will be participation by companies from the USA, Canada, Spain and other European countries.
CAPAC Expo Habitat 2013 is the International Construction and Housing Fair organized every year by the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC).
This fair will be held from 11 to 15 September at the Atlapa Convention Center Panama, Panama City.
