The Ministry of Housing and Land has ordered the temporary suspension of zoning of medium and high density communities in Altos del Golf and Villa Lilla, in San Francisco, and Altos de Curundú and Llanos de Curundú in Ancon.

Deputy Minister of Territorial Land Use at the Miviot, Juan Manuel Vasquez said they made this decision while conducting studies to define the urban development of these places. He explained that, for example, Altos del Golf has residential use and single family use (detached homes), so it is not convenient to endorse zoning changes for large towers on the site.
