In the Guatemalan market, the long term trend of consumer interactions in the digital environment associated with the issue of weight loss, shows a sustained increase since April 5th. At the end of August, the upturn was still evident.

The interactive report details that in Panama between March 22 and August 30, Internet interactions associated with the topic of weight loss reported a clear upturn, and in the case of El Salvador, interest in this type of product increased as of December 29, 2019.

In the case of the Honduran market, the short-term trend is that, as of April 12, interactions in the digital environment have increased considerably, a behavior that continued until mid-July.

In Costa Rica's digital environment, between March 22 and May 3, there was an abrupt growth in the number of interactions associated with weight loss. From May to the end of August the trend continued to rise, but with less pronounced increases.

This tool for monitoring the interests of consumers in any country in the region allows companies to project demand trends and anticipate the changes that will occur in the various sectors and categories of products and services. This information system allows tracking of any product or category, resulting in an extremely valuable input to make business decisions in the new commercial reality.
