Warehouses Open in El Naranjo in Guatemala

Toward the end of May, 11 “Distribodegas” (distribution warehouses) and 6 locales for the "CRECE, Business Community" project will open.

The project includes an 11-level tower for offices and commerce, plus eleven distribution warehouses and storage areas with loading docks.

Roxana Larios wrote for Sigloxxi.com: "During the latter part of May, the Calidad Real Estate Company, together with Qualicons Construction, will deliver 11 large and 6 small distribution warehouses for the CRECE, Business Community project, located in El Naranjo, said Christabel Córdoba, marketing manager."

With regard to the office tower, 85% of the offices are already sold.

New Logistics Project in Guatemala

Calidad Inmobiliaria announced that it will build in Condado Naranjo, municipality of Mixco, a logistic center of 72 warehouses distributed in a four level tower.

According to information provided by the project's directors, the new industrial complex will be called "Districentro" and is currently in the launching stage.
