Virtual Business Roundtable in Panama

The Colon Free Zone will hold a virtual business conference, in which companies will be able to schedule 15-minute appointments with companies using the logistics hub.

In the First Virtual Business Roundtable (RDNZonaLibre), 100 user companies of the Colon Free Zone (ZLC) will participate, those interested in doing business with other companies seeking products such as footwear, purses and clothing accessories, electronics, hardware, home, logistics services, perfumes, clothing in general and liquor.

The ZLC reported that the goal is to achieve the participation of 200 purchasing companies and, so far, 75 buyers from the Caribbean region, Central America and South America have completed the pre-registration process that remains open. The RDNZonaLibre has aroused the interest of companies from Singapore and Turkey.

Virtual Business Roundtable with Chinese Companies

Virtual Business Meetings at ExpoApen 2014

The online participation of 60 international buyers has been confirmed in business meetings which will take place in the ExpoApen 2014 fair on September 26th and 27th.

The Association of Producers and Exporters of Nicaragua (APEN) reported that the majority of international buyers participating virtually are interested mainly in tropical fruits, vegetables, tubers, bananas and cashews.
