Vertical Housing Supply Continues to Grow

A 20-story residential building is planned in Zone 15 of Guatemala City, which will accommodate 70 apartments and will have six basements.

According to the interactive information system "Construction in Central America" of CentralAmericaData, Niko 10, S.A. expects to build a residential tower with apartments of between 73m2 and 93m2.

The apartment tower will have amenities such as a children's play area, a fitness center, a social lounge for rooftop events and parking lots for residents and visitors in the basements of the building.

For the development of the residential project, a global investment of $7.5 million is estimated.

Apartment Building: New Investment Planned

In Zone 10 of Guatemala City, the company Iquique S.A. plans to build a 12-level tower, with apartments of three rooms each.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of the Trade Intelligence Unit of CentralAmericaData, Iquique S.A., submitted to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to develop the project called "Menara".

Guatemala: New Apartment Complex

January 2019

In the coming months, a complex consisting of five residential towers that will house 135 apartments is planned to be built in Zone 16 of the country's capital.

HS International S.A. presented the environmental impact study to develop the project called "Boreal Residences Phase I", which consists of the construction of four towers of 21 levels that will house 40 apartments each, and another building of 16 levels that will house 15 apartments.
