Vertical Housing: New Investment in Guatemala

A residential complex is planned to be built in the municipality of San Miguel Petapa, consisting of two towers of 12 levels each that will house 240 apartments.

Inmobiliaria y Desarrolladora D, S.A. presented to the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to build the housing development project called "Torres Villa Hermosa".

The project consists of the construction of 240 apartments of 52.60 m2 of construction. These are distributed in two towers of 12 levels each one. It will have parking for visitors and owners. The condominium will have an entrance and exit control gate for neighbors.

There will be a parking lot for each owner and there will be an area for parking visitors. Owners parking: 240 units. Visitor parking: 41 units.

According to the document, about $14.9 million will be invested.
