Vertical Housing: New Investment in Guatemala

In Zone 14 of the capital, a residential tower of 105 apartments distributed in 12 levels is planned to be built in the coming months.

Conceptos Urbanos presented the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "Xerenti", which will be located in the sector known as La Villa.

According to the study, the building will house different types of apartments with areas ranging from 56m2 to 91m2, which will have one, two and three bedrooms, with space for living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, laundry, among others. The residential complex will have amenities such as gym, coworking center, social room and lounge room.

The document specifies that for this project it is foreseen to invest close to $12.000.000.

A 20-story residential building is planned in Zone 15 of Guatemala City, which will accommodate 70 apartments and will have six basements.

According to the interactive information system "Construction in Central America" of CentralAmericaData, Niko 10, S.A. expects to build a residential tower with apartments of between 73m2 and 93m2.
