Vertical Housing: New Investment in El Salvador

Grupo Roble began building a 15-story residential tower in the country's capital, which will house 96 apartments and is expected to be ready by the end of 2020.

According to the directors of the real estate company, the building called "Altos Tower" that is located on the extension of the Alameda Juan Pablo II of San Salvador, will have a parking lot with capacity for 224 vehicles.

There will be three types of apartments in the condominium. reports that "...The first apartment model is Panorama, with a space of 108 square meters and will have a living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, service bedroom and a social bathroom. The second is Horizonte, of 91 square meters. The third is Buena Vista, 74 square meters, with living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, and master bedroom with closet and a room with shared bathroom."

Alberto Poma, director of the developer group said that among the amenities offered by the housing complex highlights, "... a fitness center, a swimming pool, multipurpose room, three smart elevators, in addition to having a security system, smoke detectors, security alarms, sprinklers in common areas and reception."

Two weeks after starting the commercialization of the apartments, the companies have already reserved 35 of the 96 available apartments.
