Vertical Housing: New Investment Planned

In the district of San Felipe, province of San Jose, Costa Rica, the company Monte San Miguel AOE SRL, plans to build a residential complex of three apartment towers of eight levels each.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of the Trade Intelligence Unit of CentralAmericaData, Monte San Miguel AOE SRL, presented to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "Monte San Miguel Condominium".

The study presented to the Costa Rican authorities explains that Tower 1 will have two basements and eight levels, which together add up to a construction area of 5,615 m2.

Towers 2 and 3 will have one basement and eight levels each, and the built area of these two buildings will amount to 4,488 m2 and 2,785 m2, respectively.

The condominium will have controlled main access, a security booth, sidewalks, parking for visitors, installation of children's games and a recreational area, a trash deposit, green areas, deposits and a waste collection area.

According to the EIA, this project is expected to require an investment of approximately $6.2 million.

Plans are underway to build a high rise condominium that will include three 14-level towers in Tibás, San José province.

Data from the interactive platform "Construction in Central America", compiled by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, points out that, in July, Casa Santa María S.A. presented an Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop a high rise residential project in the district of San Juan, San José.
