Vertical Housing: Investment Planned in Guatemala

A 14-story residential tower with 62 apartments is planned to be built on a 990 square meter lot located in zone 13 of the country's capital city.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of CentralAmericaData's Business Intelligence Unit, Bistal S.A. submitted to the Ministry of the Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "Construction of the Providencia Building."

Vertical communication will be by means of an elevator module, which will consist of two units, in addition to a set of stairs and adapted exits for emergencies.

Level 1 has different amenities and two apartments with an outdoor patio. From level 2 to 13 there are 5 apartments per floor, ranging from 73 square meters to 81 square meters. Level 14 is destined for amenities, complying with the area and number of people limit established by the authorities.

The building will have seven basements and the total construction area of the project will be 11,645 square meters.

According to the EIA, about $6.9 million will be invested in this project.

Apartment Building: New Investment Planned

October 2020

In Zone 10 of Guatemala City, the company Iquique S.A. plans to build a 12-level tower, with apartments of three rooms each.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of the Trade Intelligence Unit of CentralAmericaData, Iquique S.A., submitted to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to develop the project called "Menara".

Guatemala: New Apartment Complex

January 2019

In the coming months, a complex consisting of five residential towers that will house 135 apartments is planned to be built in Zone 16 of the country's capital.

HS International S.A. presented the environmental impact study to develop the project called "Boreal Residences Phase I", which consists of the construction of four towers of 21 levels that will house 40 apartments each, and another building of 16 levels that will house 15 apartments.
