Milton Galdámez, Operations Manager of 3 Torres, told Laprensagrafica.com that "... We will start with repairs to sidewalks and facades and the projection is to start construction in the first quarter of 2020 and would be completed by the first quarter of 2021, but there is a variation because it will be done with the mode of land plus construction, that is, there are houses that 3 Towers will do immediately and in other cases as the customer orders them."

Galdamez added that "... The style of the condominium is more traditional and architecturally has colonial touches with light colors, wood details, roofs and lots of green areas."

The residential complex will have two models of houses, which range from 182 square meters, and among its attributes are the underground electrical wiring, equipped kitchen, a playground, cisterns and security system.
