The multinational security solutions company has acquired the Costa Rican firm Circuito, with a plan to expand its business in the region, focusing in particular on electromechanical design services.

Tyco announced today that it has acquired Circuito SA, a leading firm in electrical design engineering with operations inCosta Rica, Panama and Mexico. For more than 40 years Circuitohas excelled in providing electromechanical engineering design, project development, field supervision and commissioning in the industrial, commercial, and hospitality sectors, and other market sectors in Central America.

The Panama Metro is putting out to tender the services of preventive and corrective maintenance of the fire protection system of Line 1 of the Metro.
