"The Jose Santos Guardiola Municipal Mayor's Office tenders construction of works in two categories, which are described as follows.
1. Construction of maritime works, community buildings, schools, courts, health centers and others.
2. Earthworks, potable water works, sanitary sewage, rainwater drainage, roads and others.
The works will be executed during 2022; construction companies must go through a prequalification process.
The type of these public works is under turnkey modality, so the awarded must be in charge of all the construction phases to be delivered to the municipality upon completion.
The Mayor's Office will carry out public and private bids.

"By signing an addendum to the voluntary agreement between the Association Council for Real Estate Development (CODI) and the National Council for Roads (Conavi) there will be an extension to 5 -lanes of the ring road Santa Ana- Belen two kilometers long, and 4 bridges located on this highway in which an investment of $34 million is estimated to be carried out. The first phase of work will involve the relocation of utilities and will start next January in order to have the necessary space to allow extending the lanes.
