Tender for Water Treatment Plants for $9 million

The National Council for Sustainable Development in Panama is putting out to tender the construction of 16 water treatment plants.

The Ministry of the Presidency, through the National Council for Sustainable Development and the Program Coordinating and Executing Unit, acting in accordance with legal provisions, has convened a abbreviated best value tender for the construction of 16 water purification PLANTS INSIDE COUNTRY, REPUBLIC OF PANAMA. These plants will be located in the regions of Chiriquí, Veraguas, Panama Metro, East Panama and Darien.

Its principal activities include: the supply, installation and commissioning of 16 purification plants with any respective civil works required.

The expected date for submission of bids is September 20, 2012.
