El Salvador to Lay 500 KM of Power Lines in 2010

In 2010, AES El Salvador will build 500 KM of electric power lines together with Fomilenio.

The joint program intends to deliver electricity to isolated populations in the north of the country.

"Fomilenio administers and executes a fund of more than $400 million approved by the United States to El Salvador through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC)", reported Laprensagrafica.com.
