Tender for Rental of Digital Radio Repeaters

The Central Bank of Honduras tenders the rental service of digital radio and communication repeaters for Tegucigalpa, Comayagüela, San Pedro Sula, La Ceiba and Choluteca.

Honduras Government Purchase LPública No.10-2020:

"Leasing service of digital radio and communication repeaters for Tegucigalpa, Comayaguela, San Pedro Sula, La Ceiba and Choluteca, as well as for the Tegucigalpa-San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa-Choluteca and San Pedro Sula-La Ceiba corridors, for the period from August 2, 2020 to January 26, 2022.

The service must be provided in Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) technology, in order to ensure the encryption of communications of all the radios owned by the BCH, using the Bank's frequency."

Deadline for receipt of bids: April 24, 2020.

Executive Order 39491 of December 2015 requires that companies that have permits to use radio equipment must make an investment in order to move from analog technology to digital systems before 31 December 2020.
