Tender for IT Security Services

The Bank of Guatemala is tendering IT security services, for the period from March 1st, 2020 to March 28th, 2022.

Guatemala Government Purchase 11721626:

"The Banco de Guatemala has a technological environment of base software, which provides operational support to users through 255 servers -between physical and virtual-, which generate an average of 650 events per second.

The computer security services that the Banco de Guatemala provides consist of the correlation of events, monitoring and computer security alerts.

Entities that count on a security operations centre that is able to provide continuous monitoring, analysis and detection services of computer security threats, generating the corresponding alerts in a timely manner, as well as advice in their remediation, can participate. The security operations center will not administer IPS, Firewall, servers, workstations, etc., of the Banco de Guatemala."

Deadline for receipt of bids: January 20, 2020.
