Tender for Consultancy for Setting Up Research Center

The Ministry of Economy and Finance in Panama is calling for expressions of interest for the project "Implementation of a Research and Virtual Documentation Centre for the Administrative Tribunal for Public Procurement ".

The objectives of this project are the transfer from a functional model of the Virtual Research Center focused on Contracts including technical specifications and state of the art features both in programming, software and hardware.

The services include creating a legal web portal to provide digital access to all users of the public procurement system of the Republic of Panama and international stakeholders in order to manage business with the Government of Panama and be consistent with the objectives of the Centre for Research and Documentation of the Administrative Tribunal for Procurement .
