The National Insurance Institute of Costa Rica tenders the Core insurance solution, ERP, HIS, IFRS 17 and 9 Sub accounting, cloud integration services, content manager services and services for implementation, production start-up, maintenance, licensing and support services.

"The bidder must implement for line N°1 the Insurance CORE solution already built under industry vertical, with all the technical and functional requirements requested in the bidding document for the AXIS institutional project.

The software solution offered must be able to automate all the business processes related to the Insurance Administration Management, according to the requirements given in this document and the gap analysis. The solution offered must be able to adapt to the business processes when required and integrate with INS technological platforms.

The Insurance CORE solution must be able to perform all the Insurance Administration Management, in at least the following functional areas: Business Area (policy administration, underwriting and appraisal, actuarial, marketing, claims, billing and reinsurance).

In addition to business support functionalities integrated with the ERP (transactional accounting, clients, security) and general functionalities unified in the same way with the ERP (general configuration of the solution, product configurator, transaction configuration)."
