This existing building will be partially demolished, dismantled, structurally reinforced and 100 % remodeled, so its scope considers the construction process of what is indicated in the architectural, electrical and telecommunications design, mechanical, structural and infrastructure works necessary to connect to all existing external infrastructure electromechanical systems and their proper functioning for the intended uses of it.

The BPDC will coordinate a technical guided visit, making a tour of each level of the building, so that potential bidders can make a general survey of the site."

Building Restoration for $11 million

March 2019

After the contract award was cancelled, Panama will again tender the integral restoration works of the Reina Torres de Araúz Anthropological Museum.

In 2018, Constructora Pirenaica was awarded the contract for the project, which consists of supplying all the labor, materials, tools, machinery, equipment, transportation and everything necessary to carry out the comprehensive restoration of the museum.
