Road Safety Strategy Consultation out to Tender

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure in Nicaragua is calling for expressions of interest for the implementation of the Road Safety Strategy 2013-2018 Program.

The Government of the Republic of Nicaragua has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in order to develop a Road Program for the Project for Supporting Transport Sector I, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services contracts.

The services include: the implementation of the Road Safety Strategy 2013 -2018 program, for which a firm will be selected using selection methods based on quality and cost (QCBS).

The expected date for submission of bids is October 22, 2012.

Tender for Road Infrastructure Study

The Road Maintenance Fund of El Salvador is putting out to tender a study on overpasses and bridges in the metropolitan area of San Salvador.

$2 Million Road Study in Panama

April 2010

The government of Asturias donated the resources to the to the Public Works Ministry in order to conduct a nationwide road study.

It is intended to be used as a reference when developing plans and projects at the Ministry.

Through the General Road Directorate, the Government of Asturias committed to share its experience in developing road plans, quality control, and consulting and public acquisitions processes.
