$2 million Alarms Tender

The National Bank of Panama (Banco Nacional de Panamá) is putting out to tender an alarm and video monitoring service for 154 ATMs nationwide, for a term of two years.

Panama Government Purchase 2018-1-01-0-99-LP-014136:

"The National Bank of Panama requires a video monitoring and storage service in its 154 ATMs (111 internal and 43 external) nationwide, for a period of 24 months, 4 months for implementation and 20 months for the full service. All of the equipment related to the provision of this service will be the property of the supplier. Payment for the service will be according to point 10 of "Other Requirements".

The monitoring service will be provided from a Control and Monitoring Center, hereinafter CCM, owned by the supplier and must meet the requirements indicated in this document. Additionally this Control and Monitoring Center will work in parallel with the BNP's CCM; The provider must install everything necessary for this connection.  The Bank will use, in its CCM, its computers and monitors, but the provider will install at least three licenses of the Monitoring Management System of the proposed solution with access to its centralized monitoring server."

The deadline for receipt of bids is April 9, 2018.
