Tender: Fingerprint Readers

The Public Ministry in Guatemala is putting out to tender a supply of 3,400 digital fingerprint readers.

Guatemala Government Purchase 7170882:

"Characteristics of the required product:

- Desktop fingerprint reader
- Small Form factor
- Resolution of 512 or more points per inch
- Minimum capture area of 14.6mmX18.1mm
- Capacity of 256 gray levels (8 bits)
- Connection compatible with USB V 2.0 
- Approximate size of the reader unit of  65mm x 36mm x 16mm (length, width and depth), with a variability of + -10mm in all its dimensions.
- Must meet FCC standards Class B, CE, ICES, BSMI, MIC, USB, WHQL 
-Fully compatible with the drivers and coding algorithms generated with the platform of digital readers installed in the Public Prosecutor's Office: brand Digital Persona, model U.are.U 4500
- CD with drivers and SDK for Windows
-1 year warranty."

The deadline for receipt of bids is April 5, 2018.
