"The general objective of the consultancy is to support the ANADIE and the CIV in ensuring that the partnership initiative for the development of economic infrastructure 'Maintenance and operation of the Fray Bartolomé de las Casas (El Cerinal) - Barberena, Santa Rosa, Guatemala, with toll collection', start the International Public Tendering scheme, in compliance with the provisions of the Alliances for Economic Infrastructure Development Law.
A diagnosis needs to be prepared of the current situation of the Project at the level of progress of work and technical specifications implemented in the work carried out in order to identify the actions that must be taken to ensure compliance with and maintain the operational standards of the regulations of The American Association for Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and the applicable National Standards, especially General Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (September 2001); Central American Road Maintenance Manual with a risk management and road safety approach (2011 edition) and other applicable national and regional regulations.

Stage 1 - Due diligence of the Project documents and Complementary Studies. Stage 2 - PPP Structuring. Stage 3 - Authorizations prior to the Tender Scheme. Stage 4 - Preparation of the Transaction Documents. "
