In the project, both the design and the facilities must incorporate energy efficiency and sustainability technologies for the optimization of energy resources and improvement of the performance of the future installation, it should also include the a Sunlight study for the project, and a scenario with the cost of the project in the event that it is decided to choose RESET certification and a scenario with the project with aspects of sustainability without reaching the previous level so that the Administration can make its decision."
