The Foreign Minister, Jaime Miranda, and the president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador, Luis Cardinal, signed on Monday September 30 an interagency cooperation agreement in the field of trade promotion of El Salvador internationally, which will allow the development of joint activities through diplomatic and consular representation of the country throughout the world.
"The globalized and competitive world of today requires countries to strengthen all methods to position and promote the production of goods and services in order to strengthen their economies," said minister Miranda during the signing that institutionalizes the synergy between the two institutions.

Through the new diplomatic headquarters in Beijing, the Salvadoran government aims to deepen relations with the Asian giant.
The opening of the Salvadoran government's embassy in China will help to further strengthen the relationship of friendship, trade and cooperation between the two nations, reported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador.
The objective is to promote, expand and diversify economic, trade, investment and tourism links between the two nations.

The Foreign Minister, Jaime Miranda Flamenco, officially opened on October 31 a Commercial Office in El Salvador Sao Paulo, Brazil, in order to promote, expand and diversify economic, trade, investment and tourism links between this nation and the South American country.
The British have indicated that products from El Salvador such as coffee, sugar and crafts, have the potential to be exported to a market of over 63 million people.
In a meeting with exporters from both nations, the British Embassy highlighted the export potential of Salvadoran products. "We have identified some areas with good prospects for increasing our relationships," said Linda Cross, the British ambassador.
Guatemala is seeking to consolidate its presence in Asia in order to explore new business, investment and cooperation opportunities.

The interest of the Republic of Guatemala in consolidating and improving the bilateral relationship with the Republic of India, beginning from the month of May 1972 has been realized with the opening of the Embassy of Guatemala in New Delhi, being officially established on 4 April of this year. The Republic of India set up its resident Embassy in Guatemala in 2011.
